Ordering:

New shops must first request a wholesale account through our Wholesale Request Form on our website. Wholesale orders may also be placed via e-mail to hello@sweetpeaandco.net. 

 

Minimum Order and Product Minimums:

Opening order minimum is $175.

Reorder minimum is $125.

Bodysuits and Tees :
Minimum purchase 4 units (mix of sizes) per design

Bibs:
Minimum purchase 2 units per design

Art Prints:
Minimum purchase 2 units per design

 

Payment:

Order payment is required prior to shipping, either through check (payable to Sweetpea and Co.) or credit card. Invoices will be sent via Square. Net 10 terms are offered to retailers with an established relationship.

 

Turnaround Time:

In stock items will be shipped within 5—7 business days from when payment is received. Out of stock or custom items will require up to 2—3 weeks before being shipped. Buyer will be notified immediately if items will take longer than 3 weeks.

 

Shipping Options & Fees

Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. All shipping costs are charged at time of shipment and will be included in the final invoice. We ship with either USPS, UPS, or FedEx (whichever method is the most economical per order) with signature confirmation and insurance.

Returns are not accepted unless items arrive damaged and are reported within 5 days of delivery, in which a replacement or exchange will be provided. Please email a request for exchange to hello@sweetpeaandco.net. Package must be shipped back via a carrier with package tracking associated with the return. There are no returns for custom orders.

 

Exclusivity:

We strive to be sensitive to and aware of each retailer’s shopping territory, but we cannot guarantee exclusivity. Please check our shops listing to see if Sweetpea and Co. is represented in your area.

 

Selling on Third-Party Sites, Ect.

To remain a Sweetpea and Co. reseller, and to keep with our brand and brand integrity, you must sell direct to your consumer. For all online sales, websites must be owned & operated by your company. Selling Sweetpea and Co. items in the following ways is prohibited: Selling on third-party sites (Amazon, Etsy, Ebay, Daily Deal Sites, etc.), drop-shipping sites (Buy.com, Overstock.com, etc.), classified sites (Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, etc.), as well as selling in bulk to B2B accounts, or other wholesalers.

 

Buyers who place orders will be added to the wholesale email list. This is the best place to learn about new products and updates.
